Show up 15 minutes early to change, grab some tea, and actually relax before your treatment starts.
We've got lockers for your stuff. This is your time to unplug - trust us, the world can wait an hour.
Need to cancel? Just give us 24 hours notice. Less than that and we've gotta charge 50% - our therapists gotta eat too.
Drink water before and after. Sounds basic but it really does make treatments more effective and you'll feel better after.
